Axora guides are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. If you cannot access the file you paid for, contact us through Whop support with your order email and we will restore access or refund the charge.

Refunds for change-of-mind after the file has been opened are handled case by case. Chargebacks should be a last resort — write to us first so we can fix access.
